Your Responsibilities as a MtS Employee
- Look out for your teammates
- Attend and participate in daily Toolbox Talks / JSAs
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Stop work if conditions are unsafe
- Report hazards and near misses immediately
- Follow all site-specific safety plans
- Maintain required training and certifications
Minimum PPE on All Job Sites
- Hard hat
- Safety glasses
- High-visibility vest
- Sturdy work boots
- Task-appropriate gloves
Additional PPE requirements will be identified in your daily JSA.
Daily Safety Practices & Reporting
Daily Expectations
- Participate in morning Toolbox Talks
- Review tasks and hazards with your crew
- Inspect your tools and equipment
- Know the location of first aid and emergency equipment
