Ted Moncada started his career back in 1990 working under the apprenticeship of Ed Shultz building custom homes in Central Washington, moving on to steel erecting and industrial work in with Interstate Structures in Spokane, WA. Through the years he gained expansive knowledge in construction from building Churches, Hospitals, Refineries, Bridges, sanitation facilities and Commercial building throughout the Northwest. Worked in leadership roles for Companies like Mooney & Pugh, Leone & Keeble, Imco General, Neppel Electric & Controls and Graham Construction. Notable Projects include REC solar plant in Moses Lake, WA. Exon Refinery, San Diego, Airport (Fuel Refinery) in Las Vegas, St Peters Church, Spokane, WA. Quincy Jr High and Administrative buildings in Quincy WA, Samaritan Hospital & Urgent Care remodel. Deaconess Hospital, Spokane. and many other large commercial projects.
Miles Moncada has followed suit and has worked on projects such as the SeaTac Airport, Queen Ann School and The Microsoft Campus working as Superintendent.
Ramon Moncada had an early start, and worked side by side Ted on several projects, like the Othello Clinic, and the Moses Lake REC center. Also was part of the construction team building the Walmart Campus in Arkansas. Excelling in surveying and setting point, he has proven himself by solving critical issues in the field.
