Ted’s journey began in 1990’s, apprenticing under master builder Ed Shultz. He rose through the ranks doing structural welding for Interstate Structures, Ornate carpentry for Kerry Olson Construction, and continued with top firms like Moony & Pugh, Matrix Services, Imco, Graham, and Leone & Keeble.
Over 30 years he led: – Colleges & K-12 schools – Hospitals & patient-care remodels – Bridges, refineries, industrial facilities
As an Army Combat Veteran (2006–2014), Ted brings combat-honed safety training and leadership to every site.

After decades with large firms, we saw a gap: quality sidelined, local sub-contractors ignored, We couldn’t work for companies who self-promote at the cost of other smaller companies. We are all here to get a job done, it’s hard. You’ll hear Ted say from time to time “Team Work, Makes The Dream Work”.

Remington “Jordan” Moncada Electrical/Carpenter • Second-Generation Builder
Dad taught me to pour concrete before I knew how to drive. Every structure, every pour — perfect or nothing.
Oldest son (b. 1990), 15+ years on-site with Ted. Runs heavy equipment, concrete, demolition, wood & metal framing and all the detail that shines.

Miles “Logan” Moncada Journeyman Carpenter • Second-Generation Builder
Swinging a hammer was second nature as a kid. Superintendent at the Microsoft towers at 34. Same tape, bigger stakes.
Middle son (b. 1991), union pro on, historic renos & tech campuses. Mass-timber, curtain wall, seismic. Quality Control for MtS.

Hired at 16(Youngest Union Carpenter) Walmart timber towers at 30. Build it right, competing with the best.
Youngest son, 15+ years from Othello Clinic as a teen to nationwide mass-timber build. President for Mts.
