Montcada Sons is proud to report another major milestone at the StudioRes Hotel project. On Monday, April 13, our crew successfully completed pouring all remaining interior footings, placing approximately 100 cubic yards of concrete.

First perimeter foundation pour – December 2025
Final perimeter foundation pour – December 19, 2025
