Montcada Sons is providing full site supervision and project management for the new O’Reilly Auto Parts Store in Moses Lake.

In addition to performing the complete building and site concrete scope, our team is now on-site daily coordinating trades, managing layout, geo-pier installation, rebar preparation, and ensuring quality and safety as mobilization continues.

We are excited to deliver another high-quality project under Mavcon.

O’Reilly Auto Parts – Moses Lake #2 Progress Update

Significant progress continues on the new O’Reilly Auto Parts store at 700 S Pioneer Way in Moses Lake.

The building exterior is largely complete, with the signature red and white facade installed and the full storefront glass in place. Roof work is underway, and site grading and gravel placement continue across the project.

Montcada Sons remains on site supporting the concrete and site coordination efforts as the project moves toward final finishes.
