Ted’s journey began in 1990’s, apprenticing under master builder Ed Shultz, building custom homes. He rose through the ranks doing structural welding for Interstate Structures, Ornate carpentry for Kerry Olson Construction, and continued with top firms like Moony & Pugh, Matrix Services, Imco, Graham, and Leone & Keeble.

Over 30 years he led: – Colleges & K-12 schools – Hospitals & patient-care remodels – Bridges, refineries, industrial facilities

As an Army Combat Veteran (2006–2014), Ted brings combat-honed safety training and leadership to every site.

After decades with large firms, we saw a gap: quality sidelined, local sub-contractors ignored, We couldn’t work for companies who self-promote at the cost of other smaller companies.
